• We won't have a radio blaring as we work; we work quietly and efficiently.
• Telephone punctuality is a priority - leave a voice mail and we WILL ring back!
• Quotes, Estimates and Receipts are free of charge, clearly set out and valid for 90 days.
• We'll turn up when we said we would. If anything such as bad weather delays work you will be informed as soon as a delay can be predicted.
• We'll make the minimum of mess and leave nothing to clear up afterwards.
• We will be polite, respectful and gentle towards you and your property.
• We won't drink tea all morning before starting work!
• We'll be dressed in clean uniforms and driving spotless company vans and for customers' added peace of mind all Grass & Grounds personnel carry company photo ID. Attention to detail is a hallmark of our service.
